Help with Incognito — account recovery, billing, bugs, security. Self-serve fixes below cover ~90% of tickets; for the rest we reply within one business day. Start in the FAQ if you're still researching.
Self-serve first
Common fixes (90% of tickets)
- Login not working: visit /login and click "Forgot password" — we email a reset link within a minute. Check spam. If you don't get it, your account may be under a different email; email us with a description of your account.
- Job Scan not producing matches: open Jobs → Job Scan and confirm the active profile has a query, a linked resume, and the right location or work-mode filters. Scout runs weekly; paid tiers run more often.
- Automation paused: check Automate → Activity. Most pauses come from a required answer, a missing profile field, or an unsupported application flow.
- Billing question: open Settings → Plan & Billing, then use Manage billing to cancel, update your card, or review invoices.
- Delete or export my data: export from Settings → Export everything, and delete the full account from Settings → Security → Danger Zone.
If that didn't help
Email
support@useincognito.com — the fastest path for account issues, billing questions, and bug reports. Include your account email + a description of what you tried + what happened. Screenshots help.
In-app bug report
If you're logged in, use the in-app bug report form — it auto-stamps your account, browser, and the page you were on. We see these on the /super dashboard in near-real-time.
Security & abuse
Reporting a security vulnerability? Please follow the coordinated-disclosure process at /.well-known/security.txt. The public trust overview lives at /security, and acknowledgments live at /security-thanks.
Reporting abuse (spam, harassment, impersonation)? Email support@useincognito.com with [abuse] in the subject — abuse reports get routed immediately, bypassing the normal queue.
Partnerships & API questions
For partnership requests, research access, or API conversations, email hello@useincognito.com with your company, use case, and the integration path you need.
What we won't do over email
- Ask for your password. Ever. If anyone claiming to be us does, it's a phishing attempt — forward to support@useincognito.com and delete the original.
- Run one-off automations for you. The product is the automation. If you need something custom, open a feature request at /roadmap.
- Share other users' data with you, even if you ask nicely.
