What We Collect

Incognito collects the information you provide: your name, email, resume text, job preferences, and application history. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.

How We Use Your Data

Your data powers Incognito's AI features: resume tailoring, job matching, cover letter generation, and interview prep. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Your resume content is processed by AI models (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) solely to provide you with career intelligence.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on our secure VPS infrastructure. Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sessions expire after 7 days. You can export or delete all your data at any time from Settings.

Third-Party Services

We use: Anthropic (AI processing), Google Gemini (AI fallback), Serper (job search), Greenhouse/Ashby/Lever (job board APIs). These services receive only the data necessary to provide their function.

Your Rights

You can: export all your data (JSON/CSV), delete your account and all associated data, opt out of email notifications. Contact us at support@nobukaizen.com.

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@nobukaizen.com. We comply with CCPA requirements for California residents as well.
