Incognito is an AI-powered career intelligence platform that helps you discover, match, and apply to jobs. We provide tools for resume optimization, job tracking, and application automation.
You're responsible for your account security. Don't share credentials. You must be 18+ to use Incognito. One account per person.
Don't use Incognito to: submit fraudulent applications, misrepresent your qualifications, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or violate any applicable laws.
Incognito uses AI to tailor resumes, generate cover letters, and provide career advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. AI output may contain errors.
Every account begins with a 14-day trial — no card required to start. After the trial, paid plans are required to continue using scanner, tailor, cover letters, and new-application submission; read-only access to your pipeline and data remains free. Paid plans (Operator $49/mo, Ghost $99/mo, Agent $199/mo) are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime — no long-term contracts.
We don't offer blanket refunds on paid subscriptions. If the service materially fails to perform for reasons on our side (extended outage, a bug that blocks core usage for you and we can't fix quickly), contact hello@useincognito.com and we'll issue a prorated credit or refund. We don't refund based on whether you landed a job, changed your mind, or didn't use the product enough — that's what the 14-day trial is for.
Incognito is provided "as is." We don't guarantee job offers, interviews, or specific outcomes. We're not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
